We establish that two key aspects of a student are needed to guide them effectively: their professional profile and their academic profile.

​

One of our key approaches is the identification of the professional patterns required now and in the future. This led us to develop the "Professional DNAs" for all professions, a comprehensive mapping of the skills, competencies, and characteristics necessary for each career field.

We use diagnostic tools to assess personal attributes, such as a 360º evaluation by invitation, which enables us to extract a student's professional profile from 14^47 possible profiles.

A fundamental aspect of our methodology is the analysis of students' historical grades, which allows us to anticipate possible outcomes for those undergoing guidance with our MeOrienta tool. By doing so, we offer a more realistic and tailored perspective of each student’s capabilities, helping them make decisions that are better aligned with their academic profile. This allows us to discover the student's academic profile from 12^17 possible profiles.

Years ago, we developed a methodology that combines both the academic and professional profiles to create the professional DNA of each student. This is then compared with all available fields and professions so that students can discover which ones they are best suited for.

Our system is completely flexible, enabling students to explore thousands of options within the platform before ultimately deciding on the most suitable path. This entire process is enhanced by the use of artificial intelligence (AI), which continually analyzes and improves the data to optimize recommendations and ensure that each student receives the most precise and personalised guidance.
