Our research led us to define two essential dimensions for understanding a person: their professional profile and their academic profile. With this approach, we developed the first professional DNAs, a structure that maps the skills, competencies, and performance patterns required across hundreds of professions.

Building on this framework, we created an advanced diagnostic system that identifies the professional profile through 360º analysis, attribute combinatorics, and predictive models capable of exploring thousands of possible configurations. In parallel, we analyse academic histories using prediction algorithms that anticipate outcomes and determine the real educational fit for each student.

This entire scientific foundation has become the basis for a broader evolution: the development of systems that not only guide but also connect talent and organisations through advanced artificial intelligence.
We work with language models, data science and intelligent agents that operate on a shared cognitive architecture.
This architecture enables the knowledge generated by students, professionals, and companies to integrate and feed back in real time, increasing matching precision and dynamically adapting to labour-market needs.
